But most puffers as they get to be adults, get more intolerant of other fish in the tank. Not from Philly so can't help you there, not recommending any particular store, especially since I really dislike the chain stores, but I have seen dwarf puffers at Petsmart before. Figure 8 puffers at Pet Supermarkets. Green spotted puffers at Walmart(definitely don't recommend that store for fish lol). Otherwise, try checking with your smaller mom and pop type of stores, a lot of them will special order fish for you. Shipping's expensive, do believe they overnight them, but they do guarantee "arrive alive", and I've heard nothing negative about buying fish from them.
