It is a great little time saving for those times when you want to use your flash. When not in use, if fits in a pocket. I am very happy with my purchase, it’s a nice compliment to my installation Speedlite.

  2. Of all my accessories (including a number of broadcasters) which has the greatest impact for each dollar spent, each of them. He can hide in you, or even in your pocket, then out, or if you do not need a flash. The most obvious improvement on the classic pop-up flash, the elimination of points of light. There is even the colors seem more natural.

I bought this in diffuse flash I have a lot of macro photography to do when she is made of thick plastic, it works well, but I’m sure I could not bend areas once too, because Snap it looks so when forced. Otherwise it works very well.

Based on the comments of others, I thought give this a try on my Canon XSi. What is the problem with the flash pop-ups? Besides the lack of power, it is directional and hard. In the portrait, the flash pop-up produce black shadows on the page.

If this broadcaster Opteka add, this does not diminish the shadowing significantly (perhaps an improvement of 5% in most). The worst is that the color is more yellow / brownish color and is very ugly to do. I played with white balance settings, but they are not not give acceptable results for me. Perhaps a custom white balance as possible, but I tried not to know that

The diffuser is slightly softer light on the subject, but because without improving observation and the negative effects of color, it is my believe that you are better off without him.

It is also very cheap. It is just thin plastic. The back has a tab that is folded and used in the flash shoe to slide into the waiting position. But that’s how it feels to be at the fold rip, so I am very careful with it.

A better solution is with the diffuser for an external flash. This improves your lighting options and quality in leaps and bounds. But if your budget does not allow an external flash, you should not leave the waste to both. It is really unnecessary.

I tried with this diffuser for family pictures inside the sport, it can perhaps be better for other purposes (macro, complete exterior) work .

I bought this simply because I like to try new products, and it was pretty cheap.
I did it a few times and I’m glad the effectiveness of the dissemination Flash.
; is certainly a good alternative if you do not have your external flash and should use the flash on the camera.
It is lightweight and folds flat, fits in your pocket without any problem.
must be replaced regularly when to use a lot, but this is offset by the low cost.
